Return Policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To begin the return process, please contact us first by email at info@botaexotica.com

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You must also keep its original packaging.

To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We ask that you do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Custom orders CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.

There are specific situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Next, we suggest you contact your credit card company, as it can sometimes take time for the refund to be officially posted. Afterwards, we recommend that you contact your bank as there is often a processing time before the refund is made. Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave you the gift decided to ship the order to their own address for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the person who gave the gift and they will be informed about its return.

How to send your return?

Please send the item back in a shipping bag or box. Do not place the shipping label on the shoe or boot box.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
