Return and Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To begin the return process, please contact us first by email at info@botaexotica.com

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You must also keep its original packaging.

To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We ask that you do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Custom orders CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.

There are specific situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain time frame.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend that you check your bank account again. Next, we suggest you contact your credit card company as it can sometimes take time for the refund to be officially posted. Afterwards, we recommend that you contact your bank as there is often a processing time before the refund is made. If you have followed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@botaexotica.com .

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver decided to ship the order to their own address for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of its return.

How to send your return?

To return your product, you must mail it to: 15700 Garfield Avenue, Paramount, California, United States, 90723.

Please send the item back in a shipping bag or box. Do not place the shipping label on the shoe or boot box.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
